Every woman in her life at some stage faces breast pain. There are several causes of breast pain. This a certain kind of burning or aching sensation that you tend to feel before the periods.
It is common knowledge that breasts tend to expand during puberty because of an increase in estrogen. This causes mild or throbbing pain and discomfort for some women.

Witch hazel tea:

- 1 cup of water (275 ml)
- Two tablespoons of witch hazel (25 g)
Bring a cup of water and boil it on a stove and when water is boiled properly than add the tablespoons of witch hazel tea in the quantity shown above.
Now leave the tea to sit for 20 minutes or until it reaches a manageable temperature.
Now brink a clean cotton cloth and soak it in the tea and do apply it on the breasts. Leave it to work for 12 minutes and do massage on the breasts continue to gently warm up the area.
Repeat the process until the pain goes permanently.
Flaxseed is a wonderful remedy to treat breast pain. It has properties which are helpful in removing the pain of breasts.
It does contain required quantities of omega-3 fatty acids and some important minerals that are very helpful to reduce the inflammation in the breasts.
- One tablespoon of flaxseeds (10g),
- One cup of water (250 ml).
Bring the above-mentioned quantities and then soak a handful spoon of flaxseeds in a cup of warm water. Cover the cup with the help of plate or cloth and leave it to sit overnight.
The next day, strain it with the help of some clean cotton cloth (in the absence you can use a strain) and then drink the gelatinous liquid. Drink at least for 2 weeks this solution on an empty stomach.
The horsetail tea is a very old and wonderful remedy that in ancient time’s people used this to treat this kind of problems.
Having horsetail tea can help in reducing the breast pain as if it is caused by the liquid retention which occurs during menstruation.
- One teaspoon of horsetail ( 5 g),
- One cup of water (250 ml)
Preparation: Take horsetail and pour it into the cup of boiling water. Now do cover the cup with the help of plate or cloth and leave it to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Try to consume this tea for at least 2 to 3 times a day and 3 to 4 days before starting of the menstruation cycle.
Soap massage for breast pain is a very good home remedy. You can try it when you are bathing, all you need to do is just apply the soap on the breast pain and gently massage that area for at least 10 minutes.
This message will help in improving the blood circulation in the body which reveals from the breast pain.
